The error message “An unknown error occurred, please try again. Error code: 3–25” is not something anyone wants to be faced with when sitting down to relax.

However, we can assume that this issue is usually associated with Android devices, in many cases Samsung mobile phones or tablets. Error code 3-25 can be linked to a software error.

How to fix Sky Go error code 3-25

Aside from restarting the app and your devices, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and turning your Wi-Fi connection off and on again, let’s take a look at the steps you can take to get Sky Go error code 3-25 sorted.

  • The first – and most important – aspect to check is the software your device is running on. Ensure that Android devices are running on Android 4.4 Kitkat onwards. Google Play also writes on the Sky Go download page that the device is: “Available on Android 5.0 and above”. To check what OS your device is running on, please follow the steps below.

  • If you’re encountering this error code while attempting to watch Sky Go on the go without a Wi-Fi or 4G connection, don’t be alarmed, this is a common error.
  • It’s worth noting that only Sky TV customers with Sky Mobile can watch Sky Go on the move without using your data. The content available will depend on your chosen Sky TV package.

If you’re using the Sky Go app without a Sky Mobile contract, unfortunately, you cannot watch Sky Go without using your data.
