It’s completely free to use and there are many other similar apps that might even work better than this one.
Sky Q touch remotes are the future
If you have a Sky Q touch remote then you’re in luck because you can find these smart remotes easily.
Pressing the Q button on your Sky Q box, your Sky Q touch remote will beep for 30 seconds, meaning you should have an easier job finding it.
If you had one of the original Sky Q remotes then perhaps consider upgrading to these newer versions.

Is the remote control broken?

You can make sure it is paired by pressing the voice button, if the microphone pops up on screen then it should be working fine.
If not, then point your remote at the box, press and hold 1 and 3 until you see a light flash and then follow the on-screen instructions.
