How you pair your remote to your Firestick in five easy steps

  1. The easiest way to turn on your device is to unplug it from your TV and plug it back in.
  2. Once on the home screen hold down the home button on your remote for around 20 seconds.
  3. If there are no issues a message should pop-up acknowledging that the pairing was successful
  4. If this message does not appear, hold down the home button again.
  5. Repeat this until the pairing is successful, it’s not very often that this method fails.

What do I do if this doesn’t work?

Try restarting your device and trying our steps again, if it still doesn’t work then there may be an issue.

Also, check that your batteries have power and maybe switch them out to see if it makes a difference.
