- Next, you’ll need to ‘forget’ your home wifi network.
- Now, shut down and unplug the Sky Q box. Wait a few minutes, then power up the Sky Q box.

How can I stop getting Sky error codes?
Sky error codes are often preceded or accompanied by buffering on your chosen TV programme. Even if you’ve downloaded the show it can still buffer.
