- Firstly, check your broadband connection.
- Now, press the YouView button, then go to ‘Settings’.
- From here, select ‘Signal & Connection’, then ‘Broadband Connection’.
- The status should appear as ‘Connected’.
If you’ve discovered here that your broadband hub isn’t connected, please follow the next steps.
- Turn off your internet hub, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on again.
- Now, wait until the broadband light turns blue.
- Do the same for your YouView box – turn everything off at the mains, turn it back on again and try again.
