What is Sky Go error code 4090?

A very common error code that Sky Go customers face is ‘error 4090’.

If you’re trying to watch Sky TV and happen to come across this error, it means that there is an issue with the login settings. You need to connect your Sky TV account with the Sky Go account.

To fix error code 4090, please log into your Sky Go account via the Sky website and complete the following steps.

My Sky > Bills & Payments > Enter 12 digit account number > Read and agree to T’s & C’s > Confirm
